Being accountable to others is not a burden, it is how we grow best.
It's through remaining in authentic conversation with others that we can all grow. When we are committed to others and making a difference for them and can choose to listen even when it's hard, speak up even when it is uncomfortable, and fall in love with the process of learning, we can show up knowing that we are fulfilling our purpose. Our purpose is to work together to be better, and to be content while doing it.
Being accountable to others doesn't mean we need to fix them or be responsible for them. It simply means we care enough to continue to want to show up as our best for them, regardless of the outcome. This commitment can be the greatest access to our own personal best.
