We only worry because we care. We only get scared because we care. We only feel guilty because we love.
Worry, fear, guilt, and other forms of resistance are not useful to dwell in, and when we notice them, we can remember that we only have those experiences because we are being asked to love and care in a new way. We can notice, and then make our shift into love. Then we can live and make choices from a place of connection and service.
Especially when we are being challenged in new ways, and we don’t quite understand what we are moving through, love is the only useful response.
