Maybe you don't need to learn another thing in order to fix yourself or make yourself better. What if, instead, you took inventory of all of the things you already know in your gut to be doing and aren't doing, and start doing them one-by-one?
We often look to something new, or something outside of ourselves to help us "fix" our experience of not quite being good enough, or missing something. It can seem easier to find what feels like a new quick-fix, when really what we require is the more focused work of disciplining ourselves to do what we already know to do. Doing this is its own type of learning that can be way more valuable than anything anyone else can teach you.
You are more powerful than you know. You already have and know more than you know. Perhaps instead of layering something else on top, it's time to go inward.
